The Big Picture from The Boston Globe newspaper is one of our favourite sites, collecting as it does incredible photographs covering all sorts of topics.
My current favourite is a selection of shots covering the recent eruption of Sarychev Peak Volcano (amongst other things), all taken by astronauts aboard the International Space Station.
