Can every puzzle really be solved?
Absolutely. A puzzle might take time but it definitely can be done. Every one of us (of varying Denki Blocks! ability, it must be noted) has played through Denki Blocks! from start to finish to ensure every puzzle and its Master Challenge are not only possible but fun, too.

I’m stuck on a puzzle, can you give me a clue?

I bought the full version and lost my progress from Denki Blocks! Free?
Gah! We hate it when that happens. If you load up Denki Blocks! Free again then close it down and launch the full version of Denki Blocks! your progress will be transferred across. Note: this only works with devices running OS 3.0 and upwards.

The App crashes on my device?
Argh! We work very hard to ensure everything we release is stable across all devices and versions of the OS so we are very frustrated and genuinely sorry when we hear of these troubles. Firstly, we’d recommend working through the official troubleshooting guides.
