In the past month the number of serious accidents around the world has increased significantly. International Rescue is under immense strain to meet demand and is adopting a surreptitious recruitment policy in an attempt to increase its effectiveness.

Unbeknown to our heroic troupe, the evil Hood is responsible for the mayhem. He's creating havoc to attract the attention of International Rescue with a view to finding out more about their incredible Vehicles before ultimately capturing them to use for his own nefarious means.
