Introducing: Quarrel FAQ, part three

Questions

The third and final installment in this glorious series. We only have three sections to go, so let’s dive in!

Tips and Tactics

During this long development we’ve naturally become masters of Quarrel strategies, and in this section we share some of our nuggets of wisdom (‘nugget’ is such a lovely little word… and worth 14 points!). Of course, we couldn’t put a whole strategy guide in there, so this represents just the tip of the iceberg that is our collective Quarrel knowledge.

Turn to this section for help on what to do if you can’t come up with a word or if your opponent outnumbers you. We also reveal the cue from which you can tell that your opponent has submitted a word and dispel the myth that going first gives an unfair advantage.

This section is meant to cover the basics, but we have a little blog series planned on more advanced Quarrel strategies, so keep an eye out for that!

Social Stuff, Feedback and Updates

This is probably one of the most interesting and oft-used part of the FAQ, mostly because of the following question: “Will there be a multiplayer mode?”.

We’re also often asked about whether we are going to localize the game or if there are plans for other platforms . Though no one has asked where we got the cool tunes for the game…

This section will also have answers regarding Twitter and Facebook posting. Also, if you’re itching to send us feedback or suggestions, please consult the section, so you’ll be sending your stuff to the right place.

Technical

There’s no technology that doesn’t sometimes break down or just behave in unexpected ways. This section is devoted to your technical questions like those concerning hardware and software requirements, app crashes and support requests.

Actually, that’s pretty much the whole section there. It’s not a very exciting finish to all of this, I know, but if you ever happen to need this information, you’ll be happy it’s there.

Aaaaaaaaaaand that’s it for the FAQ introduction. We’ll aim to update it as we go along, so do let us know if you’ve still got unanswered questions.
